Today, I proctored an exam....it's actually work for pay. Not bad for a few hours hobnobbing with the educated, future Lawyers. Then lunch at the BonVie, French restaurant in the Selby/Dale area of St. Paul, MN. This area has changed drastically, for the better, over the years; and has several very nice restaurants lining the streets for many blocks. You can see the top of the St. Paul Cathedral from our vantage point. It would have been fun to walk down the street and find the "underground" bookstore owned by none other than Garrison Keillor. It was a rainy day, so we will put that off until another day.
For now; just remember a day is never "just another day"; it's a memory in the making. Make the most of every one you have.
